    How Can You Help? There are many ways! 1. Financially Of course, the first way is through financial donations.  Right now we are seeking 200 individuals who are able to commit to $20 a month to support the ongoing work in Uganda. This will go towards ministry expenses, food, supplies, equipment, scholastic materials, transportation, and more. There is also the opportunity to sponsor individuals. Currently our students Emma (more recently know as Abdu) and Shifra are due to return to school by February 5th. They are still in need of their school fees. We are planning to send Emma to boarding school this term and he needs his start up costs covered. If you can't commit to monthly donations, one-time gifts are also greatly appreciated! Anything and everything helps and will be used to further the mission.  These donations came be made directly through our U.S. partner, Victory International Associated Ministries and they will be sent to our base in Uganda.  The...

Homeward Bound

The Ingolans are going HOME Hands of Restoration Outreach has been steadily growing and spreading through the community of Jinja, Uganda since 2022. There has been prison ministry, street-connected children ministry, school sponsor programs and more since our last venture to that part of the world. January 2022 was our last time in the country of Uganda and we have been hard at work here in the U.S. since. But we have a vision that we desperately want to see come to fruition. So it's time to get back to the mission and return home to Jinja. This trip is set to take place from May 1st to July 31st 2024. And those 3 months will be filled with work, ministry, achievements, celebrations, outreaches and more!  We already have some children that we have been able to take home and return to school, but we want to further this with more frequent outreaches, consistently taking more children home and getting them enrolled.  Who is Hands of Restoration Outreach? An Introduction Hands of Restoration Outreach in an organization based in Jinja, Uganda that was founded by Sara and Augustine Ingolan in the fall of 2022. The founding vision was to become a helping hand for the local communities and to reach the most vulnerable people groups. What do we plan to accomplish? We have several areas of ministry that we target in particular and here is a closer look into the vision of each and what we hope to achieve: Street Connected Children The heart of HRO is, of course, found in the streets among the disadvantaged youths who have by some misfortune found themselves living homeless and faced with all matters of temptation and corruption. We intend to traverse the streets of Uganda and take in any young individuals willing to either return home to whatever their family situation may be or come under the umbrella of HRO.
